Almost Garden Time!

Despite the temperatures and the snow on the ground, its time to think and plan for summer gardening. I’ve been absolutely loving my Master Gardener Program from the Oregon State University Extension Service. It is first class and feels like a beautifully done hybrid of a top quality college  course. Will I be able to answer gardening questions at the end of it? Maybe a few, but I’ll have resources and my education will not end with the class. I’ll be working in community gardens and working with seasoned pros in “plant clinic”. I’ll also be working on my own urban Cowgirl Property, creating habitat, and healthy soils for birds and bees and other critters.
